1. Notary Public Disclosure
Gutierrez Legal Signings, LLC is operated by a commissioned California Notary Public.
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. We cannot advise you on the legality, content, or completion of documents.
2. Identification Requirements
Signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification in accordance with California notary law. Failure to present acceptable identification will result in refusal of notarization.
3. Fees
Notarial fees are charged in accordance with California Government Code.
Travel fees, printing fees, courier coordination, and other non-notarial services are separate and disclosed prior to the appointment.
4. Non-Notarial Services
Optional services such as document printing and courier coordination are provided as administrative support only and do not constitute legal advice or legal representation.
5. Appointment Policy
Clients are responsible for:
Ensuring documents are complete (except for signature lines)
Ensuring all required signers are present
Providing proper identification
Incomplete documents, missing signers, or failure to meet legal requirements may result in additional fees or cancellation.
6. Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled without reasonable notice may be subject to a travel or administrative fee, particularly for mobile services.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gutierrez Legal Signings, LLC is not responsible for:
The legal validity of documents
Rejection of documents by third parties
Errors in documents prepared by clients or third parties
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
Legal requirements are not met
A signer appears unwilling, coerced, or not competent
Fraud or unlawful activity is suspected
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
