At Gutiérrez Legal Signings, transparency and trust are at the heart of what I do. Below are my standard starting rates to help you plan ahead. Final pricing may vary depending on distance, number of documents, and appointment time.

Notarization Fee (Per California Law*)

Mobile Notary Service

Starting at $30
Enjoy the convenience of having a notary come to you. This fee covers local travel within Santa Clara County.

Care Facility & Hospital Visits

$100 Service Fee
These appointments often require additional time for check-in procedures, ID verification, and coordination with staff. I ensure a calm and respectful experience for patients and their families.

Correctional Facility Notarizations

$150 Service Fee
Includes security clearance time and travel to and from the facility. I understand these requests can be sensitive and handle each one with care and professionalism.
